Identificando os Sabores – Nutri na Escola

Na última quarta feira (22 de Setembro) aconteceu o quinto encontro do projeto Alimentação Consciente na Escola, uma parceria da Escola Rural com a faculdade Bezerra de Araújo. O tema da atividade foi Identificando os Sabores, onde os alunos puderam identificar, de olhos vendados, os alimentos doces, salgados, azedos e amargos.

A equipe de Nutrição da Faculdade Bezerra de Araújo preparou um material para incentivar o consumo de verduras pelos alunos. Dentre as sugestões, temos geléia de morango, pão de queijo, molho para salada e lasanha de berinjela. As receitas podem ser servidas no almoço, lanche da tarde ou na merenda escolar.
